Twilight trees

There’s something very beautiful about seeing the bare branches of trees against a deep blue twilight sky.

It was just a bit windy along Lake Mendota today.

A cooper’s hawk stopped by for a look around the neighborhood.

Went hiking at Devil’s Lake State Park today. The wind and the temps were a bit cold, but the scenery was worth it.

I saw some crocus blossoms for the first time this year! Another early sign of spring I’m grateful for.

Today I got my first dose of the vaccine! Makes me feel like we’re starting to see a little light from the end of this pandemic tunnel.

I’m feeling grateful for signs of spring, like snowdrops sprouting out of ground that still has patches of snow.
