Things are really starting to green up nicely. Summer is just around the bend.
There’s something very primeval about being in the woods when darkness descends.
I can often feel more spiritual and closer to God while out in nature, than in church. My time under these tall pine trees (while hiking in northern Wisconsin) is a prime example of that.

While visiting Governor Dodge State Park last weekend, I came across a road surrounded by yellow maple trees, and perfectly illuminated by the late afternoon sun.
