Ice formations

Ice formations jut above the waterline in the shallows of a lake. The formations can be seen reflected in the water below.

I’ll never cease to be amazed by nature’s fascinating creations. Seen in the shallows of Lake Mendota.

Several scraggly ice formations jut up in multiple directions, above a very thin layer of melting ice.
