I’ve seen (and heard!) sandhill cranes around, but today was the first chance I had to capture evidence of their return this year.
On Sunday, on my way to church, near the gas station on Univ Ave, I saw the two sandhills that nest every year in Kettle Pond.
It’s great to have them back in the area. Spring is beginning! Thanks for the comment.
