While visiting Governor Dodge State Park last weekend, I came across a road surrounded by yellow maple trees, and perfectly illuminated by the late afternoon sun.

I was on my way out of the park, but I stopped the car and hiked up and down the road for a while. Earlier I was on a couple of the park’s hiking trails, but that was the best hike of the day.
