After laying low in the house all day yesterday (avoiding the hot and humid weather), I was itching to do something outside by the time the sun started to go down. So I headed out for a hike.

It was still very warm and steamy, but it was worth working up a sweat, just seeing the hilltop sunset from McCarthy Park.
