Two weeks ago I had some 50 year-old windows replaced. I finally got the window treatments put up, so I thought I’d share some pics.

The old picture window above, and the new ones below.

The old one had wood panels on the bottom, with screens so you could open them up. In the winter you could feel drafts from the edges of the panels. Brrrrr! Those were replaced with awning windows that crank open.

I also had six basement windows replaced. What a difference!
