Hired in 2004 as Web Services Librarian, promoted to current position in 2010.

Responsibilities include: oversee the library’s digital collections and and web-based services, webmaster for the library’s web presence, provide reference service, provide bibliographic/electronic instruction, collection development, and library liaison to the School of Business, Computer Science department, Economics, Environmental Science, and Political Science.

Proficient skills in personal computer software and hardware, CONTENTdm digital collections software, integrated library systems software (Innovative Interfaces, SirsiDynix), and electronic information retrieval. I have been creating and maintaining web sites since 1997. Responsibilities included: assisting customers with credit card problems, handling sales returns as well as selling merchandise, stocking and displaying merchandise, and inventory control.
