I went eagle watching along the Wisconsin River today.
I had no idea the jet was in the frame with the above bald eagle, until I got home.
Inspired by the excellent fog pictures my nephew Mike took, I headed to the square yesterday evening to see what I could do with the unusual winter weather.

As I was shooting these two photos from the same corner, I imagined a telephone conversation going on while the wind and snow were adding to the frustration.
“Can you bring me an ice scraper? I can’t get in my van.”
Despite my complaints about shoveling snow, I do think winter storms can sure make my neighborhood look magical.
