I spent yesterday afternoon in the country, biking about 30 miles on the Wild Goose State Trail.

I decided to fight my heat-wave related cabin fever by spending some time in the U.W. Arboretum. The flowers I came across (like this woodland sunflower) seem to appreciate the heat and humidity much more than I do.
