Peony ants

Ants are working hard at helping my peony flowers open up.

It’s peak blossoming time for all the fruit trees in the neighborhood. Sure smells fresh and sweet around here.

When yesterday’s snow storm was done, at least it did still look like spring in a few spots.

Things are definitely starting to green up around here.

Spring is starting to assert itself in southern Wisconsin.

First blossoms I’ve seen this spring: Snowdrops at Olbrich Botanical Gardens.

Went on a winter hike yesterday. Hopefully the last of the season — the forecast is finally warming up!

Yet another sign that I’m tired of winter: I start noticing interesting things on my house plants.
