Northern wildflowers

A few wildflowers I came across while I was in northern Wisconsin.

I almost didn’t notice this tiny little guy, when I was admiring some coneflowers.

I love the structure of bee balm flowers — so different from other blossoms. Another one of nature’s fascinations.

These lotus flowers seem to approve of all the rain we’ve been getting lately.

I biked over to the Capitol yesterday to find the tulips there pretty much in peak bloom.
