(Indoor) Spring flowers

It won’t be long now!
Warm weather (and the blossoms that come with it) is almost here.

The blossoms of the redbud tree come and go so quickly. Admire them when you get the chance.

It’s been feeling a bit like winter this week — twenty degrees below normal! But the trees aren’t fooled, it’s growing time.

Looks like these local perennials appreciate the warm sunny weather just as much as I do.

Found some crocus (and snowdrops) today at Olbrich Botanical Gardens.
Happy first day of spring everyone.

A sure sign of spring’s arrival — sandhill cranes have returned to Wisconsin.
