Over the weekend I finally painted the front of my garage. It’s still a piece of junk, but at least it matches the house (from the street).
That’s another finished item off the home improvement list, another dozen or so to go.

Ha! I suppose it is! Think if I explain that to the city assessor they’ll reduce my property tax bill?
