Last week I was camping at Peninsula State Park. I just love the network of bike trails there.
Using the trails (and bike lanes along the road) you can take in almost every terrain the park has to offer.
Along the lake shore, through prairie,
Into woodlands (this one filled with white cedar),
And next to bluffs, giving you fantastic views.
My favorite path is the aptly named Sunset Trail, which follows the western shore of the park.
Thanks for taking us along on a beautiful bike trail. Views make me wish I were there. Especially liked the one of the canopy of trees, and the one looking across the water to the small island. Obviously a great place to enjoy Wisconsin.
