One of my favorite things to do in the middle of winter, is spend some time in the conservatory at Olbrich Gardens.

Yesterday, I spent about an hour looking at the orchids and other lush vegetation.

Seeing all that plant life, and enjoying the warm humid air, does wonders for my cabin fever.

Back outside, the cold reality of winter continues.
