Last weekend I biked the Great Sauk Trail for the first time. This paved, scenic trail goes along the Wisconsin River, through fields, and then into the Baraboo Hills. What a nice ride.

Something else I’m missing this spring: Walking through Olbrich Botanical Gardens and seeing the spring blossoms. Guess I’ll have to settle for these daffodils on this side of the fence.

Maintaing distance, outside
Some popular Wisconsin and National parks have seen crowds of people lately, making it difficult to maintain that social distancing during the current pandemic. Hoping to avoid that, I took advantage of the nice day by driving to a lesser known spot, New Glarus Woods State Park.
