I’ve heard rumors there were a few trans-dimensional portals around. If only I were small enough to try it. I’ll bet the squirrels in the area have some wild stories to tell.
Turkey vultures
The number of turkey vultures you see riding the thermals around Wyalusing can be pretty incredible. I caught this one giving me the side-eye, as it flew overhead.
Where the Wisconsin & Mississippi Rivers meet
I spent most of this week camping at Wisconsin’s Wyalusing State Park, located on the bluffs above the meeting point of the Wisconsin and Mississippi Rivers.
