I saw a lot of turkey vultures at Wyalusing. They’re large birds, with wingspans up to 6 feet.
Atop the bluffs of Wyalusing
Last week I was camping at Wisconsin’s Wyalusing State Park, which has spectacular views along the bluffs.
Frodo? Are you home?
Seen along the Edgewood pleasure drive in Madison.
Barbra and her lilacs
Last weekend Dad and I went to Minneapolis to see my sister, Barbra Bloy. The lilacs blooming in front of her house made a great backdrop for a few pictures.
Even the tulips are protesting
I went to the Capitol yesterday for the rally hosted by We Are Wisconsin. It was a cold and dreary day, but the rally was energizing. As I walked by the tulip bed on the State Street corner, it seemed as if even the tulips were rising up in solidarity.
Three bridges
Spring color
The other day I was at Olbrich Gardens looking for some color. My favorite of the day were these blue striped squill blossoms.
