Wildflowers of Door County

A sampling of wildflowers I spotted last week.

I love the deep orange color of the Indian Paintbrush (above).

It’s true what they say about April showers.

The blossoms of the redbud tree come and go so quickly. Admire them when you get the chance.

The patterns (and colors) of the natural world never cease to amaze me.

Looks like these local perennials appreciate the warm sunny weather just as much as I do.

Found some crocus (and snowdrops) today at Olbrich Botanical Gardens.
