We’ve had dense fog in Madison for two straight days. Some people complain about the gloominess the fog brings, but I love its mysterious nature.
When I visited Lake Monona this morning, I could hear geese and other birds calling from beyond visibility range. Were they wondering the same thing I was?
What lurks in the far reaches of the foggy unknown?

I like the mystery of the fog photos. Reminds me of scenes from some British TV shows where they always show fog to enhance a mystery like Sherlock Holmes. Fog is a different kind of nature photo that has it’s own beauty. Thanks for posting.
