A little color to end the weekend

April 14, 2019Reflections, Rivers, SkyJonathan

Orange sunset breaking though the horizon of a mostly cloudy sky, behind trees and houses reflected in a river

After a cloudy and dreary weekend, the clouds broke up just in time to allow for a little color tonight. Starkweather Creek in Madison.

I love the look of this old scoreboard.

Ghost of Christmas past

March 16, 2019Just for Fun, SpringJonathan

Discarded Christmas tree at the curb, being revealed from melting pile of snow

The recent snow melt has revealed some holiday surprises in the neighborhood. Sadly, I didn’t see any lost presents (unless a busted up recliner counts).
