Old Iowa Capitol
More pics from Iowa City… the state’s original capital city.
The old Iowa Capitol building is now a museum, and “focal point” of the University of Iowa.
Downtown Iowa City
I was in Iowa City earlier this week (attending a conference). Late one afternoon, I took a walking tour of downtown, and parts of the University of Iowa campus.

Photos from Washington DC
While I was in Washington DC for the Computers in Libraries conference, I took a couple vacation days to see some of the sights.

Land of Lincoln
While I was in Illinois last week to see Cahokia Mounds, I also stopped at a few other historic places.

San Francisco travelog
Yesterday I returned from a trip to San Francisco, where I attended a users group conference for the catalog software my library uses. I was able to take some free time in between the conference programs to see some of the sights.
